I like the staff, and the manager were kind enough to upgrade me to deluxe suite. Location is very good, 5 min walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosques.

I didn't like the breakfast, it does not reflect the Turkish breakfast and there were no enough variety from the bakery!!

The staff were expressively helpful and friendly and generous they invited our driver to have free breakfast while waiting for us the breakfast buffet was delicious with all variety of healthy food. Location in the old town near was great . I highly recommend this small hotel for couples and families.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the major attractions. The staff treated us like family, they were kind, attentive, and always ready to help.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of items.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had never been to Turkey before and were a bit apprehensive but as soon as we met the staff we felt so relived that the people were so friendly.In particular I would like to mention Sali and Murat who made our stay so enjoyable, they are truly professionals and offer exceptional customer service.

Extremly friendly, competent, language-skilled and helpful staff. The advice and assistance was "five star" and surely out of the routine. The hotel is small and we felt well taken care of by the numerous staff. The location is very good - 5-15 minutes walk to major attractions, yet located a little bit aside from the busy (and noisy) heart of Old City in a quiet area. Spa area is nice and peaceful. Massage is excellent.

The hotel even with the internet last minute rate is overpriced. And something, which was really annoying is that rooms which are described as "executive suites with sea view" actually do not have sea view but rather "old & ugly builidng view" with sea being seen when you look to your extreme left from the balcony. Surely not worth paying anything extra for it or if you decide to go for it make sure that you will get the one room with a direct sea view. They could diversify breakfasts menu.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the old town and checking out some of the best restaurants in the area. Being so close to the Blue Mosque was a definite plus. The service here was top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day and the staff being incredibly attentive. The hotel even offered car hire and dry cleaning services, which made everything so convenient. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms ensured that I felt secure and had a peaceful night's sleep. And let's not forget the spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a wonderful massage and some much-needed relaxation. It was truly a luxurious experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my family and friends. This place has everything you could ask for in a hotel, from its excellent location to its top-notch service and fantastic amenities.

Overall the hotel was fine, however found the bathroom very small for the type of hotel and the toiletries were poor especially provision and size of soap.

As a businessman attending a corporate offsite, I chose this hotel for its business center and helpful reception staff. They were able to assist me with all my business needs, including arranging travel and entertainment. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was multilingual, making communication easy.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated space for business meetings or presentations.
